Bring your horse or use one of the farm’s steady lesson horses.

We will do yoga on the mat, yoga grooming rituals, journaling exercises, a taste of groundwork/dancing with your horse, and some riding yoga exercises, all to give you and your horse a boost of peace and the ability to realize all of the potential of true unity!
