Kripalu Yoga is a style of yoga class that empowers you and helps you integrate to full potential and discover how to nurture health, catalyze growth, and live with greater joy. When you can couple this integration to your Horsemanship, you can achieve so much more with your horse!

  • For your body: Stretch and tone muscles, release tension, and connect to breath.

  • For your mind: Explore meditation, cultivate concentration, and enhance focus.

  • For your spirit: Encourage nonjudgmental self-observation, attune to inner wisdom, and invite deep stillness.

Everyone Can Do This Yoga!

All Shapes, sizes and degrees of flexibility are welcome. Kripalu yoga prides itself on its accessibility!

Kripalu Yoga classes range from gentle to vigorous at participant’s request, and classes begin with warm-ups and breathing techniques that prepare the body for postures. Each class offers a unique sequence that allows introspection, breathwork, strengthens, lengthens, and balances the entire being, and ends with deep relaxation and meditation.

Horseback Riding of all disciplines and levels requires acute body awareness and balance. Yoga is a fun, practical way to get into better shape for all your equestrian endeavors.
